Yes. All of our high-resolution HDR photos, virtual tours, and floor plans are fully optimized and formatted to meet or exceed strict MLS requirements for fast uploading and display across Florida real estate boards.

You will receive a secure, mobile-friendly digital media property link via email. From there, you can instantly download high-resolution files optimized for the MLS, as well as web-compressed versions and branded/unbranded links for social media and marketing.

You do not need to be present as long as access has been arranged via a lockbox, Supra eKEY, or property manager. However, we always welcome agents who want to drop by or collaborate on-site to ensure specific hero angles are captured.

We monitor South Florida weather closely. If heavy rain or unsafe wind conditions impact your scheduled shoot, we will work with you to reschedule immediately at no extra charge, or pivot to interior shots and virtual twilight if applicable.

Yes. I am fully accustomed to navigating security gates, concierge desks, and parking protocols throughout Palm Beach County communities—from waterfront estates in Delray Beach to luxury condos in Boca Raton.

Photography, 2D and 3D floor plans, virtual staging, photo decluttering, virtual twilight and other photo-based services are delivered in 24 hours or less.

Standard video production is normally delivered within 2 to 3 days. Exact turnaround depends on the type of video, property size and the editing or special effects requested.

AI walkthrough videos are delivered within 24 hours.

Yes. Unlimited aerial photography is included free with every HDR photography package and every True Twilight photography package. Standalone unlimited aerial photography is $100.

Please complete cleaning and staging before the appointment. Turn on every light, replace burned-out bulbs, open curtains and blinds, turn off fans and TVs, clear kitchen and bathroom counters, make beds, remove personal items and clutter, move vehicles away from the property, prepare the yard and pool, and secure pets. The property should be fully photo-ready when the photographer arrives.

We provide natural blue-sky replacement for photography when appropriate. Aerial flights and outdoor sessions may be rescheduled when wind, rain or safety conditions prevent legal operation.

Yes. We can travel outside Palm Beach County for a small additional travel fee based on distance.

Yes. Photo decluttering, object removal and realistic virtual staging are available as additional services.

Yes. Options include AI photo-to-video walkthroughs, cinematic films, aerial video and vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Final media is delivered digitally in listing-ready formats suitable for the MLS, websites and social media.
